In many cases, we begin working with a property during a planned renovation.
We collaborate with the owners to define every strategic and functional detail — including structural interventions related to the number of rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and indoor/outdoor spaces dedicated to ceremonies and receptions.
Other times, we work with properties that have not planned any renovations.
In these cases, our approach is more complex: we help the owners understand the potential of their location and guide them in making selective changes, often focusing more on interior design and space optimization rather than major structural modifications.
With in-depth knowledge of the destination wedding market, we always provide a tailored business plan to help owners understand the return on investment and long-term growth potential of entering the wedding & event sector. Our 38 years of experience in the luxury events industry allow us to offer clear, actionable guidance on venue development and to identify the most effective path to becoming a sought-after destination for weddings in Italy.
Our consulting journey began in 2000 with a historic villa on the Amalfi Coast: Villa Oliviero. At the time, it was available only for weekly rentals. We initiated a progressive transformation, and within just a few years, the villa began hosting weddings, becoming one of the most exclusive and requested destination wedding venues in the area. Since 2006, it has consistently been the villa with the highest number of foreign weddings on the Amalfi Coast, hosting approximately 30 weddings per year. We first focused on enabling basic wedding functionality, then progressively developed the structure, weather backup plan, and finally, refined the interior design. Another notable case is Villa Nozzole in Tuscany, owned by the historic Folonari winemaking family. We were involved from the start of the renovation, helping to position the property as the top-value Tuscan villa for destination weddings by 2008. In just its second season, the villa had already sold out with excellent client feedback. Villa San Giacomo in Positano represents another success story. The owners contacted us before launching a major renovation. We contributed ideas and planning as part of a five-year business model. Following the initial startup, the villa began booking its full wedding seasons over a year in advance.
