P&J Events brings together an experienced team of wedding planners, designers, coordinators and specialists dedicated to creating destination weddings and private events throughout Italy.
Personally led by Paolo & Jinane, our team combines decades of wedding planning experience with direct knowledge of design, production, logistics, music, hospitality and the many specialist services involved in creating a successful event.

Education has also played an important role in the history of our organization.
The Regency Wedding Planning School was established under our historic Regency identity and became part of the professional heritage from which today's P&J Events evolved.
Through the school, our wedding planning expertise was shared with event professionals, including Event Managers and Food & Beverage Managers from prestigious Italian venues and hotels.
The Master course developed by the Regency Wedding Planning School was created for professionals wishing to deepen their understanding of wedding planning and the many disciplines involved in producing complex events.

In Tokyo in 1987 he began the professional journey that would later develop through the historic Regency identities and ultimately evolve into today's P&J Events.
