For P&J Events, true luxury is personal.
We do not believe that a wedding should begin with a collection of images taken from Pinterest, Instagram, magazines or other people's celebrations.

For more than 15 years, P&J Events has used an exclusive creative methodology known as the Concept Route.
The Concept Route is designed to identify not only the couple's conscious preferences, but also the more subtle elements that define their personalities, emotions, tastes, lifestyle and aesthetic language.

Our creative process then brings the identity of the couple into dialogue with the identity of the venue.
The ancient Romans referred to this as the Genius Loci: the unique spirit of a place.
Every Tuscan villa, castle, garden, palace, estate or landscape has its own history, architecture, cultural context and emotional character. We believe that exceptional event design must respect and interpret that identity rather than simply place a decorative concept on top of it.
For this reason, the wedding we would create for the same couple in a Florentine palazzo would be fundamentally different from the wedding we would create for them in a Renaissance villa, a medieval castle or an estate in the Val d'Orcia.

Once the creative direction has been defined, P&J Events develops the concept through an extensive design process.
This may include original hand drawings, sketches, visual studies, floor plans, renderings and detailed graphic representations that gradually transform the initial inspiration into a complete event design.
Every element is then defined with precision: floral design, table settings, linens, furniture, lighting, decorative structures, ceremony design, stationery, colours, textures, installations and the many details that together create the final atmosphere.
Before the wedding takes place, the couple is able to understand with remarkable clarity how the celebration will look and feel.

Behind every P&J Events wedding is a substantial and highly experienced team.
Paolo and Jinane bring more than three decades of experience in international weddings and events and are recognised for their creative direction and ability to conceive complex, highly personalised celebrations.
Alongside them is a team of senior wedding planners who have worked with P&J Events for between ten and twenty years.
These are not junior coordinators learning the profession.
They are experienced professionals who have personally contributed to some of the most significant private events produced in Italy during the last decade.
Couples may therefore work directly with Paolo and Jinane or with members of the senior P&J Events planning team, knowing that they are supported by professionals with exceptional knowledge of luxury weddings, complex logistics and high-level event production.

Marquees and glasshouses for extraordinary locations
P&J Events also owns a collection of professional marquees, tents and glasshouse structures that can be installed in locations throughout Tuscany.
These structures allow us to transform exceptional outdoor settings into fully functional wedding venues, including properties that would otherwise be unsuitable for large celebrations because they do not have sufficient covered space or an adequate weather contingency plan.
Depending on the project, our structures can accommodate celebrations ranging from approximately 50 to 500 guests.
This makes it possible to consider remarkable locations that many couples - and even many planners - would otherwise have to exclude.
