Ambient Harp

The harpist graduated in 1996 at the Academy of Music "Luigi Cherubini" in Florence under the guidance of Maestro Patrizia Pinto.In 2007, at the same Academy, following the opening of new university courses in high level training music, she got her degree in harp with the best marks.In 1993 she also graduated at the High Music School connected to the Academy.She attended several improvement classes of harp and chamber music at the "Harmonia" Association between 1992 and 1997. These classes were held by Maestro Patrizia Pinto and Maestro Marco Lorenzini.In 1998 she attended the improvement class of harp held by Maestro Susanna Mildonian at the "Accademia Chigiana" in Siena. In 1995 she won the award of the 10th "Rovere d'Oro" Competition.For the record company EMA she has recorded pieces from Varotti, Deregis and Lorenzini (as soloist or in chamber orchestra). She works as concert musician as soloist and with various chamber music groups throughout Italy. She has performed many concerts together with the women quintet named "Ensemble Clara", with strings, flautist and several singers.Lately, as soloist, she is performing concerts with different Tuscan orchestras playing the famous concert for Flute and Harp K299 from W.A. Mozart .She takes part as "first harp" in various Italian Orchestras: The Amadeus Symphonic Orchestra of Florence, The Florence SimphoniettaThe Gams Symphonic Orchestra, the Italian Instrumental Women Camerata, with two concerts performed by the famous soprano Katia Ricciarelli.She has been teaching in several schools of music and in primary schools, both as harp and preparatory teacher.During her ten years experience for weddings and events, she has developed a large repertoire, not only classical, suitable for any type of event.
