Because of the handmade, unique, and artisanal nature of our products, some items may show slight imperfections, which should be considered part of their authenticity and originality.
We also recommend dry cleaning, or washing at a maximum of 30° without additives, degreasers, or bleach, for all garments created with:
- spray paints
- acrylics
For products with applications or sewn elements, we recommend dry cleaning only.
We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by washing the above-mentioned items.
Items made to order, in addition to requiring different production times compared to items already available, are not eligible for returns.
For this reason, custom-made garments must be paid for in advance before production.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the number of orders and the complexity of the creation. Therefore, purchases will be delivered to the customer within 15 to 30 days.
