Refund Policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

- The right to return a purchased item can be exercised within 7 days from the delivery date.

Provided that the following conditions are met: 

- Products must be returned in their original packaging.

- Items must not have been used, damaged, or washed.

- Tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item.

- Contact info@weddingsitaly.it for the return address.

- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

- The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the acceptance of the returned item.

- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed with the seller to use a different method.

- If these conditions and terms are not met, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the seller.

Because of the handmade, unique, and artisanal nature of our products, some items may show slight imperfections, which should be considered part of their authenticity and originality.

We recommend dry cleaning, or washing at a maximum of 30° without additives, degreasers, or bleach, for all garments created with: 

- spray paints 
- acrylics 

For products with applications or sewn elements, we recommend dry cleaning only.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by washing the above-mentioned items.

Items made to order, in addition to requiring different production times compared to items already available, are not eligible for returns.

For this reason, custom-made garments must be paid for in advance before production.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the number of orders and the complexity of the creation. Therefore, purchases will be delivered to the customer within 15 to 30 days.
