- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of acceptance of the returned item.

- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed with the seller to use a different payment method.

- If the following terms and conditions are not met, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid to the seller.

EP5 items, given their craftsmanship, uniqueness, and quality, may in some cases have apparent imperfections. These imperfections are considered an integral part of the item's originality.

I also recommend dry cleaning or washing at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F) without additives, degreasers, or bleach for all items made with:

- spray paints
- acrylics

While I recommend dry cleaning products with appliques and sewn-on elements.

I am not responsible for any damage caused by washing the above items.

Made-to-order items, in addition to different delivery times compared to products already in stock, cannot be returned.

For this reason, custom-ordered items will be paid for in advance upon production.

Production and delivery times may vary based on orders and the processing of the creation, therefore purchases will be delivered to the customer within 15-30 days.
