The Villa is made up of eleven elegant and luxurious Apartments and Suites. All of them have a range of options to suit both business and leisure travellers. All the accommodation offers high ceilings and are plenty of space: average room size is 60 square metres. Each apartment is beautifully furnished, following the refined Tuscan décor, and feature a large Carrara marble bathroom with shower, spacious living room and either king-sized bed or double beds. All apartments are equipped with comprehensive facilities.

The standard Apartments are located at the ground floor of the main branch of the Historical Villa and to the annexed.

The Villa is made up of two Standard Suite, one Luxury Suite, one Junior Suite and one Family Suite.
Both Standard Suite are located at the first floor of the Historical Villa. The Standard Suites enjoy of an amazing view over the hill and the Villa's swimming-pool. The Luxury Suite or Bridal Suite it's a cosy and elegant apartment located at the first floor of the Historical Villa with view to the internal courtyard and to the Villa's front side. The Family Suite is a triple rooms apartment located at the ground floor of the Villa. The Suite has also a nice area outside where relax after a frenetic day in Florence.

The Villetta is the bigger apartment of the property. The peculiarity of this apartment is the view over the lake and over the smooth Florentine hill.
