How to purchase

Selecting the option BUY one has direct access to the Order Form. To purchase our products please fill in all of the blanks on the Order Form. We will contact you as soon as possible in order to determine the production and shipping time, the cost of shipping and the payment method . Since our products are hand-crafted they are not always immediately available. Production time varies from 15 to 30 days according to the type of work and the quantity requested. After our confirmation, you may send us your information including the order's confirmation number and the payment method. The order is confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of the down payment of 30%.

How to pay

Payment methods:

Down payment: 30% of the total
Full balance: we ship upon receiving the full balance.

Payment can be done by Money Transfer or with a Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master Card). You may send your Credit Card Number by fax to the following number: 00378-974133. Otherwise, you may make a Money Order for which we will send you our bank information by e-mail. Shipments will be made after the money order as been received. The purchase will be billed to the account at the time of shipping. The Customer will pay the cost of the goods and of the shipping with Credit Card or Money Order. He/She will also pay any customs fees if located outside the European Community.

Shipping

We ship by courier or EMS (postal service). The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid together with the merchandise. The amount of the shipping charges will be sent to the client in the e-mail of acceptance of the order. Upon the client's request, the merchandise can be insured with by increasing the shipping costs. Any eventual taxes or custom duties, if located outside the European Community, are to be paid by the customer.

Please verify immediately that you have received all merchandise intact and in good condition.  Please notify the shipping company of any damaged or mishandled goods.

Refund policy

For all on-line purchases, the Italian law for the protection of consumers in long-distance contracts: Decreto Legislativo 22/05/’99 n.185 "Execution of the directive CEE n. 97/7/CE relative to the production to the relative protection of the consumers in reference to the contracts of distance” applies. You may return items within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods.

For WEDDING DRESSES, you may return items within 10 days of receipt of the goods only on STANDARD CUT dresses; THE CUSTOMER CANNOT EXERCISE THIS RIGHT FOR DRESSES MADE TO MEASURE OR FOR DRESSES WHICH HAVE CLEARLY BEEN PERSONALISED. THE CUSTOMER CANNOT EXERCISE THIS RIGHT FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE CLEARLY BEEN PERSONALISED.

How to use the refund policy:

The customer who wishes to request a refund must communicate this to THE SENDER via e-mail or fax as well as by registered letter with notice of receipt within 10 (ten) days of receiving the product, including the following: declaration of the desire for a refund according to the Italian law, indication of the product to be returned, details of the original order,  bank account information to the SENDER address. The customer must send the product completely intact and in the original packaging to the company, within the same ten (10) day time limit from the receipt of the merchandise.  The product must be accompanied by the shipping receipt and/or the packaging slip packed together with the merchandise at the time of shipping. When the merchandise arrives, the selling company will verify that it is in its original state.  Except in the case of damage or mishandled goods, the company will then refund the customer within 30 days, keeping any additional related charges that may have incurred. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ATTENTION: If the object has been damaged, it is not possible to return it.

Personal information

The selling company’s permission to use and keep the customer's personal information comes under the Italian law 675/96 from the moment the customer sends the order.

We guarantees complete protection of personal information, using it solely for the purpose of the necessary shipping and handling.

Personal information can be erased from the files at any time simply by sending a registered letter to the sender address.
