Back in the 16th century, Pope Paolo III was so taken by the wines crafted in these vineyards that he arranged to have them transported to Rome for his private consumption! Located in the heart of the Florentine hills surrounded by some of the most picturesque landscape in all of Tuscany, the Castle has created a Chianti Reserve fit for nobility. This gem opens with an intense nose of blackberries, raspberries and tobacco. Ripe sweet cherry and leather tones enhance the fruit-filled palate that progresses into a long silky finish.
Honeymooners can have their wedding accommodation in the farmhouse neighbourhood the castle.
Cooking classes can be organized for groups or for individuals.
