"I can't tell you how happy we were with all your help and how much we
enjoyed our wedding, both Giles & I would love to come out to Florence some
time in the future and take you out for dinner! We are already thinking of
flying over next January to visit our friends in Pescara for the launch of
their new restaurant/bar and hope to be back in Portovenere next May!!
I know that with all events feedback is really important and I would love to
write to the relevant person in your Company to tell them how fantastic you
have been to us, please let me know how I can do this as it is very
important to me! I know how much extra effort you went to for me and I know
that you found contacts for me over and above what you were supposed to
do.....We were treated so beautifully by everyone we met from the moment we
arrived in Italy until the second our flight left the ground at Pisa.....I
cried when I left and I didn't stop all the way to the airport! If I could
do the whole wedding again I would at the drop of a hat! There is
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY we could have had the wedding day of our dreams without
your help! It was perfect, everyone who came to the wedding said it was the
best wedding they had ever been to.....many of my relatives said they want
to renew their vows in Portovenere!
We had friends and relatives from all over the World, Australia, Hong Kong,
Canada and of course Ireland, they all refered to the wedding as "The
Wedding Festival" most people were with us for a week, one friend even
turned up the day before we did!! All of them loved Portovenere, many of
our friends & family had been to Italy before (my brother brought his wife
here for their Honeymoon and my Uncle brought his wife from Canada earlier
in the year to celebrate their anniversary!) but they all were absolutely
speechless when they looked out of the bedroom windows the first morning of
their stay!
It was fantastic and I miss it all so very much it makes me cry every time I
think about it! Thank you so much, you are always welcome in our home!!
