He plays often for religious activities in the dioceses of Florence, San Miniato, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Volterra, and gives concerts all across Italy as a master teacher, conductor, pianist and organist accompanist, working with instrumentalists, choirs and opera singers. From 1982 to 1991 he was the official organist of the "S. Cecilia" choir in the Collegiata in Empoli. From 1985 to 1990 he participated in the "Trio Liturgico S. Cecilia". From 1989 to 1991 he participated in the "Baroque Trio of Empoli". Since the first of January 1988 he has been the organist and the head of the choir in the San Miniato Cathedral. From 1989 to 1992 he participated in the National Council of Young Musicians, which is part of the Italian 'Santa Cecilia' Association. On May 9, 1992 he was named 'Cavaliere dell'Ordine Equestre' of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Since 1996 he has been Choir Director for the Tuscan section of the Order. On April 20, 1997 he was promoted to 'Commander' and on May 25, 2000 to Great Official.

In 1990 and 1991 ha directed the "San Giuseppe Calasanzio" Choir of the Calasanzio School in Empoli. This choir is made up of 300 singers, all under the age of twenty. In 1992 he was the substitute Choir Director for the production of Mascagni's lyric opera 'Iris' in Livorno. Since 1987 he has been Teacher Director of the "G. Arrigoni" Choir in Ponte Buggianese (Pistoia). In 1991 he was appointed to the annual position of Choir Director of the "lstituto Universitario Europeo" (European University Institute) Choir in Fiesole. For three years he was the organist for the "G. Puccini" Choir in Volterra. From 1987 to 1998 he was the Artistic Director of the "Mons. C. Balducci" Choir in San Miniato (Pisa). In 1998 he was the substitute Director in Mascagni's 'Cavalleria Rusticana' at the Teatro Concordia in the Republic of San Marino. He studied orchestral conducting under the maestro Leone Magiera, He has recorded eight CDs, has performed in over 450 concerts and since 1999 is the Director of the Regency San Marino Music Department.
