 Piergiorgio is actually living in Tuscany, after many years spent in Turin, where he was born in 1970. The different experiences in his photographic career have deeply influenced his professional skills and personal style. He has learned from his work in the dark room and in fine art printing the importance of the different procedures in reproducing images.
His experiences in various photographic fields, from reportage to stage photography, have added to his fantasy and imagination and the use of digital techniques has taught him how important continuous research can be. His care for quality reaches its top with medium format photos and his patience can be fully appreciated in the computer processing of the pictures he takes.
Piergiorgio is very fond of classical wedding photography and film services in black and white; his photos express his imagination, sense of humor, feelings and taste. He likes to portray step by step "the most important day of your life" knowing how important the memory of each moment of a wedding in Italy may be to you.
His presence and that of his co-workers is always very discreet in order not to interfere with the scenery; that's why his photos just show the natural behavior of the people attending the wedding, as he hardly ever asks them to pose.
Piergiorgio has also taken part in many one-man and collective exhibitions and has realized photographic services for public institutions as well as important private firms; his pictures are now shown on many web sites. He works with Nikon and Mamiya professional cameras.
