Sant’Antonio da Padova church in Amalfi
A small welcoming church in the district that takes its name from the patron saint of Padova "San'Antonio".
It's main architectural characteristic is that of its flat apses, with three naves covered by cross vaults, divided by large cylindrical pillars in masonry.
In the vestry there is an ancient majolic pavement and a beautiful white marble holy- water font.
The interior and exterior were restored at the beginning of the 1900's and the church is host to the celebrations held in honour of San'Antonio and also to many weddings.
